Identity. Kisspeptin-10 is the KISS1 C-terminal decapeptide YNWNSFGLRF-NH2, ligand of KISS1R (GPR54). In research (medical). It is central to GnRH-pulse generation research in reproductive neuroendocrinology (Seminara, Ohtaki, and others). Not FDA-approved as a general therapy under this listing. In plain English.
