- What are these products?
- One Source Peptides supplies lyophilized research compounds for scientific, laboratory, and educational research. They are not for human or veterinary use.
- Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available on request. Email info@onesourcepeptides.com or use the Contact form with the product and lot number. Published certificates are in the COA Library.
- Who can buy?
- Qualified researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, and other organizations doing legitimate laboratory research, age 21 or older. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
- Can I use these on people or animals?
- No. Products are for laboratory research only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, medicine, diagnosis, cosmetics, or any therapeutic use.
- How does shipping work?
- Contiguous United States shipping (the lower 48 and Washington, D.C.) is a flat $12.95 at checkout when fewer than 6 vials ship. Bulk orders of 6 or more vials are charged shipping by weight. You pay the actual freight, calculated when the label is bought, not the $12.95 flat rate. An active membership order of $150 or more after the order discount ships free when fewer than 6 vials ship. Bulk orders are not included in that free shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and addresses outside the United States are not available at checkout and are not shipped free of charge. Orders ship with insulated packaging when the product requires it. Tracking is sent when the carrier provides it. Orders with payment complete by 12:00 pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. - How do I pay?
- Card and Zelle are the payment methods at checkout. Zelle is 4% off the merchandise total when you pay the One Source Peptides business account. Instructions are shown after the order is placed. This is not a personal Zelle account. A card order is reserved when it is placed, and card payment is completed with you before it ships. Bank transfer is not offered. Contiguous United States shipping is a flat $12.95 on the amount due when fewer than 6 vials ship. Bulk orders of 6 or more vials are charged by weight instead.
- Who is responsible if a product is used off-label?
- You are. Purchase is a representation that you will use the material only for permitted laboratory research. One Source Peptides may refuse or cancel an order.
- How do the cart promos work?
- Add any 5 research vials — the lowest-priced one is free. Mix and match within the research catalog. Kits are excluded. One free vial for every 5 vials (10 vials → 2 free). One discount per order. Offers don't combine. They don’t stack. Buy 4, Get 5th Free, Subscribe & Save, membership, and the welcome 10% do not combine. A referral or partner code replaces the catalogue offer. Zelle’s 4% is the only extra, applied after that discount. Subscribe & Save ships every 30 days. Your first 3 deliveries are 10% off, and every delivery after that is 15% off. Shipping is $12.95 per delivery. An order of 5 or more vials takes whichever saves more, that rate or Buy 4, Get 5th Free. We'll email you to confirm before each delivery ships. Renewals are not charged automatically yet.
- How does the OSP Research Membership work?
- The Annual Pass is $29.99/mo, billed annually at $359.88, paid once for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. Members get 20% off single research vials and 10% off kits and multi-vial packs. That rate does not combine with Buy 4 Get 5th Free, Subscribe & Save, the welcome 10%, or a promo code. The order uses whichever one of those saves more. Zelle's 4% still applies to the merchandise and does not apply to the membership fee. Free shipping on member orders of $150+. A full refund is available within 14 days if no member-priced order was placed. After that, unused full months are refunded at $29.99 each, minus savings already received. See Membership.
