This collection groups catalog peptides that the primary literature describes as ligands of the growth-hormone axis: the GHRH receptor, the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a, or both in a blend of two separate sequences.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GHS-R1a ligand. Sermorelin acetate is GHRH(1-29) amide. Tesamorelin is GHRH(1-44) with an N-terminal hexenoyl group. The CJC-1295 no DAC blend pairs a modified GRF(1-29) with ipamorelin. A paper on the albumin-binding DAC conjugate is not a paper on that DAC-free blend.
