Terms of Service — One Source Peptides

These Terms of Service are the Terms & Conditions of ONE SOURCE PEPTIDES, LLC, a limited liability company based in Medford, Oregon (“One Source Peptides,” “we,” or “us”), for the research catalog at this website.

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy.

1. Research use only

One Source Peptides sells laboratory reference materials strictly for research use only. Products in the research catalog are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not labeled or approved for human or animal consumption, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use.

They are not for human or animal use. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or efficacy for any use other than laboratory research.

2. No medical advice and no medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, or healthcare advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not give dosing, reconstitution, administration, or personal-use instructions. Product pages, certificates of analysis, and staff replies identify research materials. They are not a recommendation that any person or animal use a product.

3. Age and who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use an account or place an order. By checking the age box at checkout, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

You also represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or research institution, or that you are buying for one, and that the purchase is for laboratory research. We may ask for information to support that representation, and we may refuse a sale if we cannot confirm age, research use, payment, or a lawful shipping destination.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Use, give, or resell any product for human or animal consumption, injection, or any use other than in vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel
Describe our products as drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or treatments
Remove, cover, or change research-use-only labeling
Use the site to break the law, to seek medical advice, or to interfere with the site’s security
Place an order with false account, age, payment, or shipping information

5. Your status, indemnity, and limits on our liability

5.1 Research status. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified research professional, or that you are buying for an organization that employs qualified research professionals, with the training and facilities needed to handle the materials safely and lawfully.

5.2 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Source Peptides and its members, managers, and employees from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use, storage, handling, or distribution of a product, your breach of these Terms, or any use that is inconsistent with research-use-only sale.

5.3 Claims outside research use. You agree not to bring a claim against One Source Peptides that is based on use of a product outside research use only, including a claim of personal injury, illness, or death alleged to result from human or animal consumption of a product sold for laboratory research.

5.4 Limit of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, One Source Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost research, lost profits, or harm from a prohibited use. Our total liability for a claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

5.5 No warranty of fitness for a prohibited use. Products and the website are provided as-is for laboratory research. We do not warrant that a product is fit for human, animal, therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use, because those uses are outside the sale. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted.

6. Orders, prices, and acceptance

Sending an order is an offer to buy. We may accept it, refuse it, limit quantity, or cancel it before shipment, including for inventory, payment, age, research-use eligibility, fraud concerns, or a destination we cannot lawfully ship to. An order is accepted when we confirm it or ship it.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. If a listed price is an obvious error, we may cancel the order before shipment or ask you to confirm the corrected price. We are not required to fill an order at a mistaken price.

7. Payment

The payment methods we accept are card and Zelle. Zelle, when you choose it, is 4% off the merchandise total and is paid to the One Source Peptides business account after the order is recorded. That discount does not reduce the shipping charge. We do not ask you to pay a personal Zelle name, email, or phone.

Placing an order records and reserves it. Your card is not charged at checkout. For a card order, we contact you at the order email to complete card payment before the order ships. A Zelle order ships after the Zelle payment arrives. By clicking Place research order, you accept these Terms and agree to pay the amount due on this order, including contiguous United States shipping, by the method you select.

8. OSP Research Membership

The OSP Research Membership is an optional Annual Pass. It is not required to buy at list price.

The pass is a one-time payment of $359.88 for 12 months. That charge is equal to $29.99 a month. The price is shown as “$29.99/mo, billed annually at $359.88.” The pass does not renew automatically. We email you before it ends. There is no automatic charge and no online cancellation of a renewal, because there is no renewal charge. A later auto-renewing plan would be offered only with a separate unchecked consent, reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before the charge, and online cancellation. That plan is not on sale.

While the pass is active, member pricing is 20% off single research vials and 10% off kits and multi-vial packs. Member pricing does not combine with Buy 4, Get 5th Free, Subscribe & Save, the welcome 10% email offer, or a promo code. The order uses whichever one of those discounts saves more. Zelle’s 4% merchandise discount still applies to a member’s research order. It does not apply to the $359.88 membership fee.

Shipping stays $12.95. It is free on a member order of $150 or more after the order discount, when fewer than 6 vials ship. An order of 6 or more vials still ships by weight at the actual freight.

The Annual Pass agreement is a separate checkbox. It is not checked for you. You must check it, and confirm you are 21 or older, before the request can be recorded. Paying the fee does not by itself turn pricing on. We activate the pass after the one-time payment is confirmed. It then runs 12 months from that activation.

Refunds for the pass. Full refund of the $359.88 within 14 days if no member-priced order was placed. After that, the refund is the unused full months times $29.99, minus member savings already received beyond $29.99 times the months used. The refund is never below $0. Example: cancel after 3 months having saved $200. Nine unused months are $269.91, minus $110.03 of savings above $89.97, which is a $159.88 refund.

Membership products remain for research use only. They are not for human or animal use.

Subscribe & Save is optional. If you do not select it, this section does not apply to that order. Buy 4, Get 5th Free is a separate offer: in each group of 5 eligible research vials, the lowest-priced vial is free. Mix and match. Kits are excluded. Subscribe & Save, Buy 4, Get 5th Free, and membership pricing do not combine. On a Subscribe & Save order of 5 or more vials, the order uses whichever saves more, the Subscribe & Save rate or Buy 4, Get 5th Free. A referral or partner code replaces Subscribe & Save and Buy 4, Get 5th Free on that order. For a member, the code is compared with member pricing and the larger saving is the one applied.

Subscribe & Save means we ship the same research vials again every 30 days. It is not a plan you reschedule to 45 or 60 days. Deliveries 1, 2, and 3 are 10% off list. From the 4th delivery on, every delivery is 15% off list. Shipping is $12.95 per delivery. You can cancel anytime. One discount per order. Offers don't combine.

If you select Subscribe & Save, checkout shows an agreement. It is not checked for you. You must check it, and the separate age and research-use confirmations, before the order can be placed. By checking it, you authorize One Source Peptides to charge your payment method and to ship the selected research vials every 30 days until you cancel, at 10% off list for the first three deliveries and 15% off list on every delivery after that, plus $12.95 shipping per delivery.

You will be charged for each renewal delivery until you cancel. Cancel before the next renewal is billed by emailing info@onesourcepeptides.com. Cancellation stops later deliveries and later charges. It does not undo a delivery we have already accepted or handed to the carrier.

How renewals are billed today. Checking the agreement records delivery 1 on a 30-day cadence. The amount due on that order is delivery 1 at 10% off list, unless an order of 5 or more vials saves more with Buy 4, Get 5th Free. Renewals are not charged automatically yet: before each delivery ships, we email you to confirm it and complete payment. Deliveries 2 and 3 are 10% off. From the 4th delivery on, payment is at 15% off. Before automatic renewal billing starts, we will update these Terms and notify subscribers.

Products on a subscription are for research use only. They are not for human or animal use. The offer is not medical advice.

10. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Contiguous United States shipping (the lower 48 and Washington, D.C.) is a flat $12.95 when fewer than 6 vials ship. An active membership order of $150 or more after the order discount ships free at that flat rate. An order of 6 or more vials is not included in free member shipping. Checkout shows that charge and adds it to the amount due. An order of 6 or more vials is a bulk order. Bulk shipping is charged by weight, not the $12.95 flat rate. You pay the actual freight, calculated when the label is bought. That amount is not included in the checkout total. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and addresses outside the United States are not available at checkout and are not shipped free of charge. Contact us to ask about freight for another destination before you order. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not a promise. We may refuse a destination we cannot lawfully ship to. You are responsible for a complete, accurate address. We are not responsible for delay, loss, or extra cost caused by an address you provided.

Except where the law keeps title or risk with us, title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the shipment to the carrier. After that handoff, carrier delay or loss is a carrier matter. Contact us and we will help you open a trace.

If a package arrives damaged, or the item is wrong, follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Returns, refunds, and cancellation

Returns and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: you may cancel an order before it ships. After delivery, research materials are not returnable, except a wrong item, visible damage that affects the product, or an independent test showing the lot misses the purity on its certificate. Those requests must arrive within 7 days of delivery, with the proof the policy describes. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Opened product, buyer error, storage outside recommended conditions after delivery, late claims, and product whose research-use labeling was removed or changed are not refundable. Contact us before starting a payment dispute.

12. Intellectual property

The site, the One Source Peptides name and logos, product text, images, and page design belong to One Source Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own commercial use, or suggest that we made or endorsed your materials, without our written permission. You may view the catalog for your own research purchasing.

13. Privacy

How we handle account, order, and email information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this page with a new date. The updated Terms apply to orders placed after they are posted. An order already placed keeps the terms shown when you placed it, plus the refund policy that applied to that order. If you do not agree to the update, do not place a later order.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. You agree that disputes will be heard in the state courts of Jackson County, Oregon, or in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and you consent to that venue.

16. Whole agreement

These Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, the checkout disclosures you accept (including the research-use certification, the age confirmation, the ship-to address, the payment agreement, and Subscribe & Save consent when you select that offer), and any written institutional agreement are the whole agreement about the research catalog. They replace earlier oral or written statements on the same subject. A change to these Terms is effective when posted as described above, not only when signed on paper.
