Privacy Policy — One Source Peptides
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how ONE SOURCE PEPTIDES, LLC (“One Source Peptides,” “we,” or “us”), a limited liability company based in Medford, Oregon, handles information on the research catalog at this website.
The catalog sells laboratory reference materials for research use only. Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, or healthcare advice. Products are not for human or animal use.
1. Who this covers
This policy covers the website, research accounts, orders, and email signups. You must be at least 21 to create an account or place an order.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. We do not direct this site at children under 13. If you believe we have information from a child, email info@onesourcepeptides.com and we will delete it.
2. Account
Creating an account collects:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A password
- Researcher type: researcher, laboratory, university or institution, distributor, or other
- An organization name when you provide one (required for laboratory, university or institution, and distributor)
- The time you accept the Terms of Service and confirm that you are 21 or older
Passwords and sign-in sessions are handled by Supabase Auth. We do not keep a copy of your password in the research catalog database. When account email is turned on, Supabase may send you an address confirmation or a password reset. Those messages are about your account. They are separate from the promotional list below.
There is no social-login button on the account form. Sign-in is email and password.
3. Orders
Placing an order records the account that placed it, the research materials, quantities, and prices, the order total and status, any promo code or store credit applied, and the time you certify research-use-only purchase. Checkout also requires you to confirm that you are 21 or older before the order can be recorded.
Checkout collects a ship-to name, email, street address, city, state, ZIP, and country. Phone and address line 2 are optional. The order stores that address, the payment method, and the shipping method. A card number is not collected.
If you select Subscribe & Save, we store that choice in a cookie on your browser. Deliveries are every 30 days. Checking the agreement records delivery 1, at 10% off list, and that 30-day cadence. Later deliveries are not billed until subscription billing is connected. Deliveries 2 and 3 are 10% off. From the 4th delivery on, the rate is 15% off. Shipping is $12.95 per delivery.
A signed-in account can also hold a member referral code and a store-credit balance. We store the code, the credit entries, and the promo code used on an order.
4. Payments
The methods we accept are card and Zelle.
Card. You can choose card at checkout. We do not store full card numbers in our database. Placing an order records and reserves it. Your card is not charged at checkout. We contact you at the order email to complete card payment before the order ships. When online card charging is connected, card details are tokenized in the browser and only a payment token is sent to the card gateway.
Zelle. If you choose Zelle, the order is recorded and Zelle is 4% off the merchandise total. That discount does not reduce the shipping charge. You pay the One Source Peptides business account. We do not ask for, and we do not store, a personal Zelle name, email, or phone.
The payment method you pick is remembered in a first-party cookie so checkout can show it again. Zelle instructions on the confirmation page are for the One Source Peptides business account.
5. Email signup
The catalog offer asks for an email address for 10% off the first order on that browser, and for first access to restocks and sale alerts. We store that address, the time, and the source (the site popup) in our database. We also store a marketing preference for that address, including a random token used in an unsubscribe link.
Submitting the offer sets a cookie so the 10% can apply in the cart on that browser for about 90 days. This application does not send the signup to an outside email service, and it does not send a welcome email, an order receipt, or a promotional email yet.
You can stop those messages before they start. Use the Unsubscribe page.
6. Other site activity
Contact. The contact page shows info@onesourcepeptides.com. It does not include a form. A message you send is email to that inbox. We do not store contact-form submissions, because there is no contact form.
Wholesale. The wholesale page describes the program. It does not submit an application, so the site does not currently collect a license number or phone number from you.
Stack Advisor. Questions you type, and speech the browser transcribes on your device, are used to answer that visit. We do not write those questions into the catalog database. If you play a spoken reply, the text of that reply is sent to a text-to-speech service so it can return audio. The server uses ElevenLabs when that key is set, otherwise Azure Speech when that key is set, otherwise a Microsoft read-aloud service. The request address is used only to limit how many speech requests one visitor can make, and that count is kept in memory on the server, not in the catalog database.
Research gate. The browser stores, on that device only, that you confirmed the research-use and age statements, and whether you dismissed or submitted the email offer.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies and browser storage to run the storefront:
- Sign-in session cookies from Supabase Auth
- Cart (`osp_cart`)
- Promo code (`osp_promo`), about 14 days
- Welcome offer (`osp-welcome-10`), about 90 days
- Payment choice (`osp_pay`), about 30 days
- Subscribe & Save choice (`osp_subscribe`), about 30 days
- Store-credit choice (`osp_credit`), about 14 days
Signing out clears the session and the cart cookie. We do not use these cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
The site is hosted on Vercel. It includes Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting an advertising cookie. The database and authentication are Supabase. Those providers process the information needed to run the site.
8. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from One Source Peptides promotions, monthly renewals, and discount emails at any time.
- Open Unsubscribe and enter your email address, or
- Use the unsubscribe link in the message. That link records the preference in one step and shows a confirmation. You do not have to sign in.
We keep the address and the fact that you opted out so we do not email you again. Unsubscribing does not delete your research account, does not cancel an order already recorded, and does not stop an account email such as a password reset.
To cancel a Subscribe & Save delivery before a renewal is billed, email info@onesourcepeptides.com, as the Terms describe. Renewals are not charged automatically yet; each one is confirmed with you by email first. This preference is still the stop for promotional emails, renewal notices, and discount emails when those messages are sent.
Order receipts are not sent by this application yet. When they are, each receipt will include the same unsubscribe control. A receipt is about an order you placed. The link on it still stops promotions, monthly renewals, and discount emails.
9. How long we keep information
We keep account and order records while the account is open and for as long as we need them for the order, the research-use certification, taxes, and disputes. Marketing addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe we keep the opt-out. We do not keep full card numbers or wallet private keys.
10. Security
Database rules limit an account to its own profile and orders. Order prices are written by the server, not typed in by the browser. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
11. California
If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Email info@onesourcepeptides.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for asking. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We may keep information we still need for an order, a legal duty, or to remember an unsubscribe.
This is a short notice of those choices. It does not add rights the law does not already give you.
12. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The new version applies from that date.
