The Annual Pass is a one-time payment of $359.88 for 12 months of member pricing. It does not renew automatically. We'll email you before it ends. Full refund within 14 days if no member-priced order has been placed. After that, unused full months are refunded at $29.99 each, minus member savings already received beyond $29.99 times the months used, and the refund is never below $0. Member pricing doesn't combine with Buy 4 Get 5th Free, Subscribe & Save, the welcome 10% email offer, or promo codes. Whichever one discount saves more on that order is the one applied. Zelle's 4% merchandise discount still applies to member orders and does not apply to the membership fee. Shipping stays $12.95, and is free on member orders of $150 or more after the order discount. Orders of 6 or more vials still ship by weight. All products are for laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal use.
Refunds
Full refund of the $359.88 within 14 days if no member-priced order was placed. After that, the refund is unused full months × $29.99, minus member savings already received beyond $29.99 × the months used. The result is never below $0. Example: cancel after 3 months having saved $200. Unused months are 9 × $29.99 = $269.91, minus ($200 − $89.97), which is a $159.88 refund.
The same terms are in the Terms of Service. Auto-renewal, with reminder emails 30 and 7 days before a charge and online cancellation, is not turned on. It waits until the merchant account is live.
