Shipping
How and when research orders ship.
Dispatch cutoff
Orders with payment complete by 12:00 pm Pacific on a business day (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders paid after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Payment is complete when a Zelle payment arrives in the One Source Peptides business account, or when card payment is finished with you by email.
Where we ship
The contiguous United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and addresses outside the United States are not available at checkout. Contact us before ordering to ask about another destination.
Cost
Orders of fewer than 6 vials ship for a flat $12.95, added at checkout. Bulk orders of 6 or more vials are charged the actual freight by weight, calculated when the label is bought.
Packaging
Lyophilized vials ship sealed, in insulated packaging when the material requires it.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed to the order contact when the carrier provides it. Delivery dates are carrier estimates. Title and risk pass when the shipment is handed to the carrier, as set out in the Terms of Service.
