What it is

Tesamorelin is a synthetic GHRH analogue supplied lyophilized for laboratory work. It is not sermorelin and it is not ipamorelin.

Structure and sequence

Human GHRH residues 1-44 with a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminus. The 44-residue sequence and the hexenoyl attachment should be confirmed by mass on the certificate of analysis.

Molecular weight

The reported mass is near 5136 Da.
