Identity. Glutathione is gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine (C10H17N3O6S, 307.32 Da), the primary cellular thiol antioxidant. In research (medical). It is the canonical substrate of glutathione peroxidases and GSTs in oxidative-stress research. Pharmaceutical glutathione products exist; this listing is research reference material.
