What it is
Cagrilintide is supplied as a lyophilized research peptide. Mass and salt form are lot-specific.
Structure and sequence
A lipidated amylin analogue. Substitutions described in the medicinal-chemistry paper were selected in that program with attention to amyloid formation. The certificate of analysis is the sequence record for the lot.

What published research models study
The Journal of Medicinal Chemistry paper (2021) is structure-activity and receptor work. Combination studies with a GLP-1 analogue are a separate literature and do not characterise this single-agent vial.
